A recent article written in German says that Mühl will begin his tenure in April and that he aims to merge social media conversation and commerce areas closely with one another.

“With the progressive merging of social media conversation and commerce, the new team structure is an important step for us to be able to interlink the areas even more closely internally from now on,” Mühl reported to Cosnova Co-Founder and Managing Director, Christina Oster-Daum.

Another key role that Mühl will take upon himself is reorganizing the company’s digital marketing strategy and CRM, further proving that big names are paying more and more attention to growing through existing customers.

How to Manage Infinite Customer Journeys

Relationship Marketing Prioritzed

Though Cosnova is winning over savvy tech shoppers – even in the Chinese consumer market – Mühl brings with him broad experience.

Particularly in the development and implementation of digital and customer-centric marketing approaches.

Time will tell how the newly appointed leadership will help improve Cosnova’s digital marketing and customer culture. Either way, attending to your existing customers is the key to any business’s success, and audience-centricity is a must.

As more and more brands proactively develop plans to improve CRM, it is becoming more apparent that customer-centricity should be as vital as any other strategy.
